Pruning Plants
- Stem cuttings: Cut with scissors to the desired length, then plant the resulting cuttings
- Flooring plants: Cut into "patches" using curved scissors or aquascaping scissors
- Anubias: Remove old leaves (those with algae spots or brown spots) to stimulate new growth
- Moss: Cut and remove the part that sticks out beyond the design
Frequency: Weekly for fast-growing planted tanks with CO2. Monthly for planted tanks without CO2.
