- Barbus bocagei — Iberian common barbel
- Chondrostoma polylepis — Tagus barbel

- Luciobarbus comizo — large barbel (over 60 cm)
- Cobitis paludica — Iberian loach
- Valencia hispanica — samaruc (critically endangered Mediterranean killifish)
- Aphanius iberus — fartet (protected species)

- Diplodus sargus — sea bream
- Sparus aurata — gilthead seabream (large)
- Gobius niger — black goby

- Symphodus tinca — green wrasse (Mediterranean wrasse)
- Chromis chromis — castaneta (Mediterranean damselfish)
- Scorpaena scrofa — scorpionfish (poisonous)
Invertebrates:
- Paracentrotus lividus — Mediterranean sea urchin
- Octopus vulgaris — octopus (only for experts with a large aquarium)
- Anemonia viridis — rock anemone
